Can I use my #Mastodon account to use other #fediverse services like pixelfed or do I need to make more accounts?
@shemjm Unfortunately you will need an account on those other instances.
@shemjm you need another account to use those services but you can follow and interact with any users of them from Mastodon.
@Catweazle hmm I didn't see this option, but actually I can't download the app either 
@shemjm, well, I don't use apps for Mastodon, Pixeleed and others, because I also don't use a Mobile for it. I use the sites as is in the desktop. But, AFAIK you can log in with your Vivaldi account, same as in Vivaldi Social.
