I was not around for Netscape, but it is a *vibe*, so I wanted to see how close I could get to it using the extensive tools offered to me by the Vivaldi browser
Hope this actually uploads all the custom parts of it, but I it seems the fonts and css might not be included, so here is what I did.
I changed all my browser fonts to the [SCR-ITenReg W00 Regular] font by [Unknown author]. In Vivaldi Settings / Webpages / Fonts, I changed all the fonts to SCR-ITenReg W00 Regular, and set the font size to 14.
For some reason this did not do it for me, so I also added the following to the custom.css file in the Appearance part of Vivaldi setting.

}
```
For the speed dial background, I used the [Bustani W00 Regular] font for the text under the Vivaldi Navigator logo. Credit goes to Patrick Giasson & Kamal Mansour. The Vivaldi navigator logo is by me.
Version 1.2 changelog:
Added new icons for:
Rewind, Fast forward, Reading List, Downloads, Bookmarks, Windows, Translate, Mail, Tasks, feeds and side panel toggle.
Still missing some icons but due to an accident, those will be delayed.
