If I end up shutting down this instance at some point, is there anyone willing to take me in that's familiar with me?
I need:
- At least 1,000 character limit
- Allows AI content.
- Doesn't block Threads or BridgyFed (willing to compromise on threads, given their recent moderation changes)
- Has to at least support the Mastodon API because I almost exclusively use IceCubesApp and Ivory.
- Reliability. I've been on Fedi for almost 2 years and I'd hate to have to move instances multiple times in a short period
Not seriously thinking about it yet.
Just getting a feel for if I have anyone who meets my needs that would be willing to have me, if I need it.

@lynnskyi@vivaldi.net@BeAware I don't know all of your requirements, but this instance has been a good fit for me. Character limit is 1,337. Server located outside of the US. Rules not overly intrusive, etc. I also like it because of the Vivaldi browser and their attitude concerning big tech.

Thanks for the info. I'll definitely consider it if I end up shutting this one down.
With my overall unhappiness with how Fediverse has been going as of late, along with the costs of running this instance solely for myself, I've honestly been thinking about it more and more.
Though I am conflicted because I REALLY like having my own little "private" space, for lack of a better word, and having control of that space.
So if I do shut it down, it'll probably still be awhile.
Thanks again. I will definitely consider Vivaldi if it comes to needing a place to move.
