@thoughtpunks #Kult , first edition. Fold in the content from the supplements, replace the mechanical system with something more modern but not PbtA, focus on the Gnostic horror of the whole thing turned up to 11, put it in the oven and let it bake.
For extra points, use a system which is solo-play compatible so you can get as weird, kinky, perverse, and obscene as you like without feeling a bit of embarrassment.
