iPhoneの設定アプリのバッテリー状況欄。「バッテリーに関する重要な メッセージ。お使いのバッテリーは著しく劣化しています。Apple 正規サービスプロバイダでバッテリーを交換すると、最大限のパフォーマンスや容量を取り戻すことができます」と書かれています。そして「修理サービスオプションを見つける」と言うリンクも表示されています。ちなみに最大容量は「84%」となっています。
