Preventing Javascript from stealing navigation keys? Seriously? The first step towards making Javascript not be a synonym for malware

Unfortunately, I can't (yet?) add spacebar, page up/down and the arrow keys to the list, in my experience the most often (and most annoying) keys stolen by Javascript, preventing scrolling for those of us who don't use a scroll-mousr.

@jon @Vivaldi Does this release still support manifest v2? I do not want to update my browser and lose vital access.

@jon @matt @Vivaldi Does it update itself silently in the background yet? Or does it still have that annoying download and install update dialogue box?
