@zinzy well met! to be honest, no, I don't have any reading recommendations right now. This journey is my latest and most recent path and I am just starting out. I am at the beginning stages of considering a research question. (lots of academic papers bookmarked :) My life has led me to neurodiverse individuals and others who are working through childhood trauma. Stay tuned.

@europe not so much academic, but I've found great value in Bessel van der Kolk's work, as well as various works on the polyvagal theory.
