No, no, never, not ever would I want synthetic salmon. I can't even stand farmed salmon.
Once in a blue moon we find some real, fresh, red wild salmon when we have the funds to splurge on it. You just can't get this taste and texture anywhere else. It is a luxury in today's world, and we treat it like that.
I'll eat beans all day before I'll pretend fake fish is really food. And talk about ultra-processed!
