Greetings fediverse! This is my #introduction post.
My name is Dave, and I'm a musician in Tucson, Arizona, where I retired with my wife after a career outside of music. I've always enjoyed playing and writing music, and kept up with it on an amateur/semi-professional basis through the years. Now I have time to focus on it. I'm playing in several local groups and I'd love to learn about music in your part of the world. I play #euphonium and #trombone and I offer private #musiclessons on those instruments. @davenicolette Well I no longer have it but it was a simple Conn from the early 1960s. It was my learning horn from Jr High and then again at North Texas. Played a school baritone during highschool. I had my grandfather's trombone until last year when we moved but it was pretty much unplayable. It probably dated back to 1910-20 or so. At one time I also had my dad's trumpet from about that same era but it got lost asking the way.

@davenicolette Just guitar nowadays. I can play a lot of instruments but not really good at any of them.
