Elon can do whatever TF he wants in America...but not in France.

I'll keep saying until I'm blue in the face - billionaire Americans will do anything in their power to prevent being held accountable by the EU, including aiding & abetting Putin's war on Europe.

*Every one of them:

Meta
Apple
Amazon
Microsoft
Google
X
etc

Are regularly held to account by the EU, costing them BILLIONS.

THAT is why they've all sided with the American fascists.

I keep recommending this book that one would assume I'm being paid to do so. I can assure everyone I'm not.

It's a great explainer on what's going on. It won't tell you what to do with all the information, but at least people can make more informed decisions about how they use their time, money and votes.

@cmthiede I didn't read the book...but this interview was excellent - I recommend it to anyone else interested in the topics in this thread. For layman, I felt as if I had decent understanding of the basics, but I could never articulate it like Anu did here, or approach the depth of her understanding of the subject matter or the stakes, apparent just from this interview. Thanks for pointing her out. 👍🏾

@cmthiede @dcdeejay this is the first time I've seen this book. I'll read it. Thank you!

My local library didn't have it because it was too expensive for their limited budget. My librarian tracked a copy down through an IL state college via ILS and got it in my hands faster than an Amazon delivery! The more people that request it, the more likely it will show up on other shelves in more communities.
