両幅の狭いホームをweb検索したら嵐電山之内駅が挙げられていたけど、まあ、さすがに路面電車のホームは別枠でしょう。
　岐阜市の路面電車も、自動車道のど真ん中が白線で囲われているだけのホームだったし（※昔、廃止前に乗ったことがあって、うっすら憶えている）。

嵐電山之内駅の写真です。路面電車なので、自動車道の一部に盛り上がったところがあるだけで、それが駅ホームとして位置づけられています。
