It gets better: you can now rename your tab or tab stacks to anything that helps you stay organized and in control of your tabs.
Find out all about 6.9 and update your browser with all the new features, feature improvements and fixes
@Vivaldi congrats on the new release
@Vivaldi Can you pease fix duplicated tabs?
I love Vivaldi for 6 or 7 years but I'm about to switch because it's becoming unbearable :(
Hi @geoffrey!
Does the issue keep occurring after you reset synced data?
@Vivaldi "Reset remote data"?
@geoffrey Yes, that's the button to click.
When you do that, everything on the server will be deleted, you'll be asked to enter a (new) encryption password and start sync from fresh on all devices you've linked.
You'll also need to download a new backup encryption key.
@Vivaldi Alright, I try that.
I'll give you somme feedback in a couple of days
@Vivaldi No need to wait.
I just had to close and re-open Vivaldi to duplicate all my tabs, from all workspaces once again :(
@Vivaldi
How can I tweak proxy settings?
@pflegekraft
From Settings > Network > Proxy Settings.
@Vivaldi
Thx:-) But: The browser's proxy settings seem to be "blocked". Just a short note refering me to my system-wide proxy settings...
@pflegekraft What OS are you on? @Vivaldi
@Vivaldi ohhh, simple but excellent quality of life stuff! I’m going to love the new synced tabs style.
@Vivaldi Great! Just recently I was wishing I could rename single tabs just like tab stacks, so this was a pleasant surprise. Only downside was that the update erased the existing names of my many tab stacks, so I had to go back and rename them
