@Vivaldi I have to go with a controversial choice with 8, the Last Jedi. It tried some bold things, like Empire.

Another hand I like the TV shows of Kenobi, Mandalorian and Bad Batch.
For SW freaks I recommend watch "Obiwan Kenobi. A Jedi's return (2022)"; it's a documental to know better the Kenobi's backstage and background of TV show.
