According to PTV, it takes just over an hour to travel from Wyndham Vale to Crown Casino (in Southbank). In no universe is gov going to optimise this car journey.

You're assuming he can get a carpark at Wyndham Vale Station. The reason he's driving might be because of the lack of parking at the station.
@pewnack colour me sceptical. If that were the case, the complaint is only helpful if he mentions the parking. Otherwise, how do we know what problem to solve?
