I just found an easy way to find places that accept PLA #3dprinting filament for composting! The compony is called TerraCycle and they #recycle many materials that traditional recycling services can’t.
If you know of a maker space with printers (or if you print a lot and want to recycle) they can also buy these recycling boxes where you collect a variety of the 13 supported plastic types and you send the box in with a pre paid shipping label to be recycled!

@MIfoodie @3dprinting I was tempted to buy their zero waste boxes, but the price was too steep. I understand tho because recycling is expensive.
