@eff Does Certbot support encrypted client hello? Every website should use encrypted client hello and websites that don't use TLS1.3 and Encrypted Client Hello should be considered negligent in court.

@JoeBecomeTheSun @eff I'm pretty sure that depends on the web server (e.g. freenginx) or the python networking library being used, not certbot itself. It seems like with nginx it's still a work in progress patch, see trac.nginx.org/nginx/ticket/22.
