コメ欄が怖い。解雇されても仕方がないみたいな論調。自分がそういう立場でも同じことが言えるのだろうか。我が国は解雇に相当程度のハードルはあるが、採用に幅広い裁量が認められているのであり、これを無視して「クビを切れない会社が可哀想」という風潮には疑問が残る。
