Major Vivaldi release today. We have added workspaces and custom icons!

Workspaces help you organize your tabs even further. We had tab stacks and tab tiling, but with workspaces we have added another level. Enjoy!

With custom icons, you can make @Vivaldi truly personal. There are some very nice themes to choose from. Feel free to make your own!

@AlexMax @Vivaldi , not sure what you are talking about, but we support the same extensions as Chrome in general and we did build in a tracker and ad blocker as well, that we continue to improve.

@jon @Vivaldi Chromium's new plugin API, called "Extension Manifest v3", significantly kneecaps uBlock Origin and other privacy extensions since some API's that it depends on no longer exist.

Some browsers have pledged to continue supporting Manifest v2, but if they are Chromium based this will become more and more difficult as time goes on.

@jon @Vivaldi Been looking for Workspaces for a while. I currently use multiple profiles for thes, linked to different online accounts.

But does anyone know if there are seperate calendars for each workspace?

@jmbw @Vivaldi , no. The workspaces are not profiles, so they are linked. We will have to see what we can do in the future.
